When I first joined First Steps, I had no idea of the amount of support and encouragement my fellow teammates would offer. My overall experience at First Steps Learning Academy has been incredibly positive. I feel fortunate to be a part of a team that values collaboration and support. I have seen the children in my care grow and develop in various ways. I was quite nervous when First Steps took over the business. Time flies and I learned that running a FSLA centre is not easy. It takes tremendous courage and knowledge to cover all the regulatory requirements. The management show strong professional knowledge and confidence in guiding and supporting the Educators who needed help. Over time, I gained more insight into the purpose and reason why each document is completed, and every process is developed. I commend management’s support to provide so many resources that help us love and care for the best interest of the children and educators.
