Our recently renovated centre is located just minutes from the Liverpool CBD and provides a bright and vibrant environment for children 2 to 5 years.
With two oversized rooms, we provide the perfect balance of modern facilities with traditional learning curriculum. Our indoor environments have ample natural light, dedicated space for children to engage in art, music, reading, drama, and sensory play.
Both rooms provide culturally inclusive and diverse learning spaces for our children. Our calm corner provides an inner sanctuary for rest, relaxation, and quiet space for children to explore mindfulness activities and focus on well-being.
Our Preschool Room has a purpose-built School Readiness area that delivers stimulating and engaging curriculum, harnessing each child’s unique interests, abilities, and skills. We partner with local primary schools to ensure our learning program prepares children socially and emotionally for kindergarten. We enable our bright enquiring minds to grow and develop and take their first steps toward their future educational journey.
Our educators are fully qualified in early education, and with this comes an understanding that each child is unique, are on their own journey of early learning, and as such require specialised attention and learning programs.
Being ready for school is more than just being able to read and write! At First Steps Learning Academy, we offer an extensive School Readiness Program, based on the Early Years Learning Framework that is focused on preparing children for the transition into primary school.
